Socio-political and humanitarian changes in the context of society's transformation

In today's environment, social relations are transforming in favor of innovation and digitalization of social relations. Consequently, the regulatory and legal regulation system of these relations is also changing. The public administration system is being transformed through the optimization of government activities, electronification, and e-government. Significant changes are taking place in the personnel training system and the education system, including higher education, in favor of the development of digital technologies and the training of highly qualified specialists. In this regard, there is also a change in cultural and social models of relationships, as well as a change in the psychology of certain social strata and groups. At the same time, the role of globalization, political transformation, and cooperation between different countries is increasing.
All of this has a significant impact on socio-psychological changes in society and the transformation of modern political elites. The main purpose of the special issue is to explore the transformation of social relations in the current environment in all spheres of society.
