This survey used data from the production of dental procedures registered by the Outpatient Information System of the National Health System (SIA/SUS). Monthly productivity targets for Periodontics for type I CEOs (60 procedures/month), type II (90 procedures/month), and type III (150 procedures/month) were evaluated. The procedures evaluated were: corono-radicular scaling, gingival graft, gingivectomy, gingivoplasty, and periodontal surgical treatment. The productivity data of nine CEOs were evaluated, one type I, six type II, and two type III. CEO I exceeded the target in all the years evaluated, with CEOs II and II not reaching the goal punctually. Clinical procedures were the most performed in CEOs. However, the low number of surgical procedures and gingival grafts contributed not to achieving productivity targets in type II and III CEOs in the period between 2008 and 2016. The goal set for the CEOs evaluated was met by CEO I, mostly by CEOs II, and partially by CEOs III. The evaluation of CEOs optimizes the relationship between the supply and the rate of use of services in order to improve the quality and distribution of secondary care.</p>}, number={1}, journal={Multidisciplinary Science Journal}, author={Dulz, Ana Paula Conrado and Conrado, André Luiz Veiga and Saraiva, Luciana}, year={2021}, month={Dec.}, pages={2022004} }
