• Abstract

This study aims to build a model for improving employee performance through digital leadership and organizational learning mediated by dynamic and digital capabilities. This study is an explanatory research that explains the relationship between variables. The unit of analysis used is civil servants in Kota Sungai Penuh and Kab. Kerinci. There were 230 respondents, and the data analysis employed GSCA-SEM by utilizing GSCA Pro. This study found that digital leadership insignificantly affects employee performance directly, but the impact of the mediation of dynamic capability, organizational learning, and digital capability is significant indirectly. Therefore, this study demonstrates that employee performance can be improved by optimizing dynamic capability, organizational learning, and digital capability. The managerial implication of this study shows that the essential digital competence owned by employees is to improve their performance. In addition, the employees also need to be equipped with dynamic capabilities to work optimally despite various changes in the organizational environment
