Effective leadership fosters an environment of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, which are essential for achieving strategic goals. Moreover, strong leadership practices can enhance employee engagement and drive organizational change, ultimately contributing to improved performance. In this context, our research focuses on the influence of leadership practices on success project within industrial companies located in the city of Tangier, with a particular emphasis on the mediating role of team cohesion and commitment. This study investigates the impact of leadership practices on success project across 100 industrial companies in Tangier. By employing the structural equation modeling method using SMART PLS 4 software, we aim to test our hypotheses and validate the research model. Specifically, the research examines how team cohesion and commitment mediate the relationship between leadership practices and success project. The article is structured into two parts: a comprehensive literature review that establishes the conceptual framework of leadership, its influence on success project, and the role of team cohesion and commitment, followed by a presentation of the findings from our empirical investigation. The results highlight the critical influence of leadership practices on success project in industrial companies within Tangier, with team cohesion and commitment serving as significant mediating factors. These findings provide valuable insights for practitioners and researchers interested in enhancing organizational management through the development of cohesive and committed teams.
