• Abstract

This article presents a systematic literature review to identify and analyze the most effective training strategies to boost the success of technology-based ventures. Through an exhaustive analysis of previous research in this field, we seek to have a comprehensive view of the educational practices and approaches that have proven to be most beneficial for the development and sustainable growth of these innovative companies. A bibliometric analysis was carried out to establish a state of the art using a search equation created by the Citation Pearl Growing technique, it was entered into the SCOPUS indexer; subsequently, a keyword co-occurrence analysis was carried out using the VOSviewer® software; finally, the content analysis of 126 articles was carried out using ATLAS.ti®. The relevance and contribution of the article consists of establishing the main factors involved in entrepreneurship training and shed light on the identification of training strategies that can encourage the creation of technology-based ventures in higher education programs. This review made it possible to create two categories of information: "training strategies" in which topics such as education, students, and curriculum stand out; and "technology-based entrepreneurship" in which concepts such as technological entrepreneurship, innovation, and startups prevail. The study identifies and analyzes the opinions of several authors on these aspects.
