• Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the growth of research publications on organizational employee culture using the SCOPUS online database. This research used a bibliometric analysis approach with VOSviewer software to develop and visualize the bibliometric network. This research conducted a screening based on the keywords “organizational culture” in the SCOPUS database for the vulnerable years 2018-2023. Publications according to keywords initially amounted to 11,059 articles, after which 216 articles were filtered. The development of organizational culture publications in the last 5 years has led to an increase in the number of publications per year, with an increase in 2023; these publications were published in the field of business, management and accounting, with 147 documents (48.8%). The results of the analysis with VOSviewer and the visualization of co-occurrence networks based on the keyword “employee organizational culture” revealed 29 items with a division of 5 clusters marked with different colors. The interrelated factors include motivation, performance, employee, learning, organizational innovation, job satisfaction, job performance, knowledge management, organizational culture, and employee engagement. The results of the analysis using the VOSviewer application show that there is a relationship between employee organizational culture and other networks; thus, additional research could be interesting.
