• Abstract

    This study examines organizational citizen behavior in the company. The method used in this study is qualitative research with a literature study approach. The source of data in this study was taken from the Scopus database with the keyword "Organizational Citizen Behavior." The findings in this study found that the trend of research on the topic of organizational citizen behavior increased from 1978-2020. The United States is the country that produces the most research on the topic of OCB. In the production of these research documents, the United States also often conducts research collaborations with countries around the world. The most influential scientist of research on the topic of organizational citizen behavior is Diane M. Bergeron.
