• Abstract

Research to identify influencing factors and evaluate the level of domestic tourists' satisfaction with the quality of tourism services at Tram Chim National Park, Dong Thap province. Exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and regression methods were used in this study. Data in the study were interviewed from 221 tourists who had experienced tourism services at Tram Chim National Park. The research results show that tourists' satisfaction with the quality of tourism services at Tram Chim National Park is influenced by 6 groups of factors, including: infrastructure; service capacity; transportation services; food services; accommodation services; security and order. The results show that infrastructure and accommodation service factors have the greatest influence, while safety factors have the least influence on tourists' satisfaction with tourism service quality. This is the basis for proposing solutions to improve tourist satisfaction with the quality of tourism services at Tram Chim. At the same time, it can be applied to research other natural ecotourism destinations with similar characteristics such as Tram Chim National Park in Vietnam.
